For orders posted within th UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Gauranteed before 1pm for orders over £100 & 1st Class Signed For any items under this amount.

For orders posted outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a more expensive or less expensive piece, simple contact us to discuss your requirements. We pride ourselves on producing high quality jewellery and service, however if your jewellery has a non-manufacturing fault, please contact us to discuss repair options before proceeding.
